Venus is very hot due to the atmosphere which is sulfur. It rains freaking ACID rain. I'm pretty sure Venus doesn't have any variation land wise unless (and i'm going off of nasa) you consider the lava pools. That's only scratching the surface. Im sure there's many more differences.
