I used dilations. You set it up like this:
12/30=TU/40, and then cross multiply to get that 480=30(TU). Then you divide 480 by 30 to isolate the variable TU and get 16, which would be the length of TU (If I didn't explain this well let me know and I'll answer any questions you have : -) )
