What you need to do is to relax. Don’t exaggerate
or let things get out of hand. Rather
than deny these feelings accept them since there times when they will happen
and instead try activities that would calm you like reading, walking or even
meditating. Don’t dwell on the past
because what’s done is done. The best
thing to do is to learn from what happened and accept it. Suppressing negative
emotions would only take its toll on you and on other people around you.
