After you get the equations: 3x + 4y =40 and 5x + 2y =34, use matrices and plug it into the graphing calculator which will give you the answers for x and y.Β

and y is going to equal 7Β

3(4) + 4(7)= 40Β 
5(4) + 2(7)= 34
