For any medium, we know:

E = k*Q /d^2

where,
E = Electric Field Intensity
k = dielectric Constant = 1 for air medium
d = distance between 2 charges

So, 360 = 1*2.4x10^-6/d^2
d= sqrt(1*2.4x10^-6) = 0.029m
