Is this for Apush or Ap World History? Countries who are able to have high industrial output include the U.s., Britain and Japan. U.s due to Industraul Rev, Britain for the same reason, however they were the country to begin it and had good sea ports and iron deposits, and Japan for the Meiji Restoration.
Countries with poor output would be Africa or other countries once controlled by spheres of influence or a system of imperialism. Little money can be to blame. I'm not sure what to do for part C. Hope I helped a bit!
