A good answer should contain the following:
1. The long-term enjoyment of the exercise, the availability of facilities, the need to
accommodate injuries, and budgetary restrictions
2. A frequency of 3 to 5 times per week is minimal, and 10 times is maximal.
3. Cool-down helps get blood back to the heart, rather than collecting in the arms and legs.
It also helps to decrease muscle soreness and even out the heartbeat.
