This question is ambiguous and might be missing some information. However, I'll still go ahead and answer it.

You can find anything you want online like music, software programs, movies, books and many more. Such content is available through popular file sharing sites and software programs. However, in most cases, it is illegal to download and share content. If it is something you would normally purchase online or in a store, it is probably illegal to distribute it for free.

Therefore, in majority of cases, it is worth noting that files like music files acquired for free through peer-to-peer file sharing networks have been illegally shared.

There are a list of websites and applications which would enable you to upload music and share. They are “Spotify, Google play, Pandora, Xbox, Sound cloud, Myspace”, etc.

There are a few restrictions and ethical aspects which needs to be taken care while uploading, downloading or sharing.

It is not legal to download a copyrighted music or any kind of files

It’s illegal to share files created or copyrighted by others and you do not have right to share  plagiarism in imitating music samples or as a whole
