The most appropiate action to take after an interview is to write a note to the inerviewer. This will reflect your interest in the position you applied for, and will help the interviewer remeber you and keep you in mind.

Assembling clothing for your new job or announcing in on social media will not be productive. Firstly, because you are not certain you got the job yet. And secondly, because it does not help you to get the position in any way.
