The leading issues which are driving efforts toward health care in the United States are the obesity epidemic, as more and more Americans are getting fat with
each passing year and with that blowing a massive dent in the money of tax payers. Another issue is Alzheimer's disease which needs a lot of funds addressed
towards at because more and more people will have alzheimer's due to the aging
population of the us.
