A solid is something that is hard. Liquid is something that can be moved. Like a physical. Hope this helped:)
A solid has molecules that are much more compact, and are not visible so the solid doesn't move around. A liquid has molecules that are much more spread out, and they move around and you can see the movement. A solid has a definite shape, and a liquid does not.
