Which is greater? -7 or -6?

When discussing "greater" and "lesser", the term "greater" means
'more positive'. So although 7 is a bigger number than 6 ... that is
7 has the bigger absolute value ... -6 is more positive than -7, so
-6 is the 'greater' of those two numbers.
