Well, the Indian Removal Act mainly led to the Trail of Tears, in which many Indians died of disease, or starvation/dehydration. Not sure if this is an option or not though.

Because of the high rate of dieses, starvation, dehydration and even death of many Indians caused by the  Act on ground, it led to the Indian Removal Act in 1830 and the Treaty of New Echota in 1835.

What was the Indian Removal Act?

The Indian removal act was a bill signed into law by President Andrew Jackson on May 28, 1830. This law authorized the President to grant lands west of Mississippi in exchange for an Indian land located at the state boarder.

The trail of tears led to the Indian Removal act of 1830 and then the Treaty of New Echota in 1835. A few tribes went peacefully after the law was signed but many others resisted the relocation policy.
