Hi there.
There are a few ways to do this, but I like to change every number to a decimal & order them.
36.5 / 100 = 0.365
9 / 25 = 0.36
Now we have: 0.367, 0.365, 0.36
In order:
0.365, 0.367, 0.36
Hope this helped you understand a little better :)

The question says to put the terms in fraction form and then order them from least to greatest.
First, let's convert them all to fractions. I will convert them to fraction with a common denominator of 100 to be easier to arranger them:
0.367 is equivalent to 36.7 / 100
36.5% is equivalent to 36.5 / 100
9 / 25 is equivalent to 36 / 100
Now, we will arrange these three terms we have, since they all have common denominator, we will consider the numerator and arrange based on it as follows:
Arrangement from least to greatest is:
36/100 , 36.5/100 , 36.7/100
