I'm not completely sure but I do know that Jesus had righteous anger in the temple. When he saw the people selling stuff to rip off the people in the temple, Jesus got mad and flipped the table. Of course, that was righteous anger. Anger is never good, so you need to know when you could do something about it. Also, I think righteous anger isn't always the best way to depend on. Jesus had the position and authority to flip the table. It doesn't always mean you could do the same. I know I didn't really answer your question, but I just know that it's not good to be mad. The Bible said somewhere (I think) that getting mad at someone is just as bad as killing them. Something like that. Sorry if this isn't helpful...
