Pulmonary Fibrosis is a major restrictive lung disease. Pulmonary Fibrosis is one of the family of diseases known as interstitial diseases that results in lung scarring. When the lung tissue become scarred, it affects with a person’s ability to breathe. Pulmonary Fibrosis has no cure. People who have been diagnosed of this disease may only live about three to five years after its diagnosis. Pulmonary Fibrosis may leader to other medical complications, such as collapsed lung, different lung infections due to scarring, blood clots in the lungs and also lung cancer.
