A lot of African Americans voyaged to the Northeast, who are
from the South after the Civil War since after the Civil War slaves were free
to go, they were given freedom, and the South was devastated by the war, which
results into it renewal in economy. Agriculture was damaged, Cities were burned
to the ground.
