What we need to find:
How many pieces of sod will Jim need to cover his lawn with sod?

Find area of yard
Area=15 5/6 × 10 2/5
=95/6 × 52/5 changed to improper fraction, easier to multiply
=4940/30 yd²

Find area of sod
Area=1 1/3 × 1 1/3
=4/3 × 4/3
=16/9 yd²

Now we divide area of lawn by area of sod.
