Suppose a kite has diagonals of 10 and 20. Find the perimeter of the quadrilateral formed

I think you can only say that the width of the quadrilateral  will be 5.

OH no  it will be a rectangle and the length will be 1/2 * 20 = 10

so the perimeter is 2*5 + 2*10  = 30 <---- answer
