I think its No encuentron mis llaves hace desde tres día. or No encuentron mis llaves hace que tres día.

The correct answer for this sentences should be option 3 "desde hace". This mean that for a period of time (three days) you were not able to fin de keys. 
* hace desde is not a valid option
* hacía would imply a past action. "Hacía un año que no la veía" 
* Hace que  needs an action afterwords not a period of time.                                  "un año hace que no como chocolate"
