During photosynthesis, plants manufacture food through the reaction
between carbondioxide(from animals) and water to produce glucose and
oxygen . The oxygen produced is used by animals for cellular respiration
and other metabolic activities.
The oxygen levels isn't increasing but rather it remains slightly constant as a
result of the oxygen being used by animals.
