If plants produce oxygen as a result of photosynthesis why aren't oxygen levels continually increasing the atmosphere

Respuesta :

Because humans and animals breathe in oxygen and breathe out carbon dioxide.

Oxygen levels aren't continually increasing in the atmosphere as a result of

animals and humans making use of it.

During photosynthesis, plants manufacture food through the reaction

between carbondioxide(from animals) and water to produce glucose and

oxygen . The oxygen produced is used by animals for cellular respiration

and other metabolic activities.

The oxygen levels isn't increasing but rather it remains slightly constant as a

result of the oxygen being used by animals.
