The importance of order, discipline and respect is common sense. Order is important because the people need order so they won't do let's say killing endangered animals. Dispiline is important because you need to take care of yourself. if your parents, or someone in family has to help you get food, go to the bathroom, etc, for your whole life, that means you have no dicipline because you don't know how to do those things.
