When young people engage in drinking, gambling, smoking or sexual activities that is risky behavior. There are various measures that can be taken to avoid it. In my opinion Sports and arranging for their playgrounds in an attractive way is the first and foremost measure that can be taken. Their energies can easily be channelized to positive sports activities.
Community works as well as engaging in effective counseling can be another measure which will not help the youth but through community work a beautiful society can also be formed.

TWO preventative measures that can help in combating risky behaviors are:

1. Find a positive activity: Positive activities will help young people develop their potential, learn new skills, expressing their emotion and hobby and also prevent risky behaviors. This activity included joining a sports club, art activities, youth club, religious activity, and also involving in community services. Undertake positive activities will fulfill their true potential in education, training or future employment.

2. Get help if you need: Young people should be supported and encouraged to speak out and find help if they need, or simply someone to talk to such as parents, counselor, mental health professional or teacher.
