Selena rides her bicycle to work. It takes her 15 minutes to go 3 miles. If she continues at the same rate, how long will it take her to go 8 miles?

Since she is going 3 miles per 15 min you basically divide 15 by 3 to find out how many min does it take to get to one mile so you'll get 5 min per mile so 5 times 8 equals 40 in which it takes her 49 minutes
