What are the different ways in which the Sticky can be opened?
1) Automatically when users open the patient's chart (controlled by the Role)
2) By clicking the sticky note icon in the patient header (controlled by Profile)
3) By allowing hyperlinks in certain reports to display and launch the Sticky (controlled by Profile)
