78 yo F here for wellness visit. PMH b/l knee osteoarthritis limiting mobility recently by pain. Feels weak most of the time & gets tired easily. Lost several pounds over last yr. Lives alone but home health aide spends many hrs/day assisting w/shopping&household chores. Independent in ADLS, takes care of finances. BP 146/82.
