Getting out of a chair. Walking through your home. Reaching for a glass in a cupboard. These are all examples of reasons why you need balance in everyday life.
You need balance and coordination for everyday things. Anything you do is most likely using balance and/or coordination. When getting out of bed in the morning you're using balance and coordination. When walking to a certain room in your house, you're using balance to get there. As well as sitting in a chair, you're balancing yourself to sit up-right in the chair.
