Social reform revival is usually about bringing back a desire for social reform, usually in the progressive sense. For example, the civil rights movement was a revival of ideas seen in the great awakening and in the civil war. Utopia is a fictional country where everyone is equal and there's an abundance of resources for everyone and there's no need for crime because it's great for everyone. Temperance is usually used in regards to the prohibition because it's the temperance movements who managed to get alcohol prohibited because it was supposedly bad for families and was not christian.
The utopian movement is the depiction of visions and outlines for future ideal societies, along with positive ideals to pushing the society forward.

The temperance is known to be used in response to the hindrance due to the fact that the temperance movement was when there was the ban on alcohol as it badly affect the families.
Note that the word revival is one that brings about a new course for people period of social reform as people want to see their wish granted. The Second Great Awakening was one that brought revival in terms of social reform.
