Basically, it's asking you to reflect on how your mural(painting) reflects on life. 

So a detailed explanation, you're explaining it in thoroughly on how your mural impacts people or things in life.

Describing to your intended audience, for what I would do is grab a few friends and explain how it affects everything and explain it from YOUR point of view. 

Lastly, explaining how you've communicated through your message through the mural means to conclude everything all together.

1) Provide a detailed description of your mural.
You have to write down what is on the mural. It seems the mural has three brown bears, in the snow.
2)Describe your intended audience and use of linear/atmospheric perspective.
Explain why you chose to place the bears the way they are placed. What feeling were you intending to place upon the viewer? Why did you put the bears in those positions?
3)Explain how you have communicated your message and values through the images in the piece.
How does this mural reflect your message? Why did you choose the image of bears, and what is their symbolism?
