Taking into consideration cost, completion time, course options, and career opportunities, are you more drawn to earn a bachelor's degree or an associate's degree — or to complete a certification program or apprenticeship? Explain why

Respuesta :

It's best to earn a bachelor's degree or an associate's degree because when apply for a job at any said company, they want someone who completed college compared to someone who took a certification course.

For an example, if you want to become a software developer for a company, they don't really care about you completing a certification program, anyone can do that within a few days.  A bachelor's degree is what they want, it tells them that you completed college and you put in enough effort (and more) to say, "Oh ya dude, I passed and I'm ready for anything that hits my path!".

I'm assuming you're wondering if you should go to college...

Here is my advice > Just go, it'll be like a safety net if things start to fall apart in the future, a certification program won't help you that much compared to an actual education that'd help you in the long run.

The correct answer is the following.

Without any doubt, the dial option is to get your college degree. When you get your diploma, after graduation, you have the academic credential to apply for the good jobs in corporate America, where Human Resources departments are permanently looking for the best college graduates to fill their corporate ranks. Although it takes more time, it cost more money, it needs your full commitment, it is worth the investment.

Certification programs are good but do not have the importance and credentials that make you compete with college graduates. The certification cost less money, can be obtained in less time, in a specific skill that gives you the tools needed to perform certain works, but it is going to limit the kind of opportunities to grow up as a professional and to access the kind of jobs that would get you more money.
