ANSWER: The reason why the Testes are in the Scrotum, outside the Pelvic Cavity, is because sperm has to be regulated at a certain temperature to function properly. Body temperature is several degrees hotter than the temperature for sperm.
-If sperm is too hot, various of outcomes can come. Inability to reproduce, Dead Sperm Cells (rip), or mutant offspring (that's pretty cool, sometimes...)
