B.violently; slowly
C.slowly; violently
D.violently; violently

Respuesta :

i think its c but not 100 percent positive

The answer is B) Violently; Slowly because the larger the star, the more fusion occurs and therefore more energy is being produced in comparison to a small star. These continuous atomic reactions in a large star eventually can produce a catastrophic, bright, and immense supernova because the whole process of fusion is forcing more and more atoms of separate charges, such as positive and negative charges, together to form atoms of heavier elements. As a consequence, when the core of the star, filled with atoms of heavy elements, can no longer continue fusion and produce its energy, then the large star will either explode to form a black hole or a dense neutron star. Keep in mind the explosion occurs in larger stars because when like charges cannot take being so close together in the star's center, they will eventually shoot off in opposite directions, away from the other like charge, through the cataclysmic phenomena known as the supernova
