Speculation in the stock market-seling a stock for a low price thinking that the price of the stock will go up, Drought-could not produce crops, Overproduction-too many crops and products to sell, Banks Failed- not insured so lost everyone's money
I know it's not  summary but you can use those causes to make one.
Bank failure -Banks made risky loans and invested their customers money into the stalk market Overproduction-People were laid off because people stopped buyingInterest rates-Rates were low, banks made risky loans. 1930's rates were high and nobody got loans Loss of export sales-Hawley-Smoot tariff. Made taxes high from foreign countries. Couldn't sell to other countries Stock market-Bull market. Prices steadily rising and took a steep dive. Lost $10-15 billion in value
