The Business Intelligence Competency Centre (BICC) is a cross-organisational group that encompasses a wide range of users, including business stakeholders, analysts and technology-skilled resources. The BICC develops the overall strategic plan and priorities for business intelligence and data warehouse, defines and implements the BI requirements. The BI strategy must be driven by clear business objectives, and be able to evolve the corporate objectives.
