The Greeks valued hospitality, the act of showing kindness to guests. What does Odysseus say about hospitality in this section?

Respuesta :

It depends what section you're on, but when Odysseus first met Polyphemus, he demanded hospitality from him after raiding his food. Greeks deeply valued hospitality, so when Odysseus first saw Polyphemus he demanded hospitality, and what he meant by that was for Polyphemus to be kind to him and offer them food and mercy, which obviously Polyphemus didn't do.
