Given that the dimensions of the wall are length = l = 18 ft and breadth = b = 12 ft.

Then the area of the wall is

A = l x b

On putting the values we have

A = 12 x 18 sq ft = 216 sq ft

Hence, the insulation will be needed of 216 sq ft.
