slope formula is m= (y2-y1) / (x2-x1)
we have one point of (3,-2) but we need one more point
we can get another point by using our slope
so if we go "up four" and to the "right 1" in our heads we know that one more point would be (4,2)
now we have our 2 points we can plug them into the formula
m = (2+2) / (4-3)
