Peer pressure is when someone is pressured to do something by members of their social group. It can be a very powerful force that encourages someone to do something that he or she is not comfortable doing. Negative peer pressure may involve drugs, alcohol, tobacco, shoplifting, truancy, academic dishonesty, or sexual activity. If you felt that you were being pressured to do something that you were not comfortable doing, and you felt was wrong, how would you handle the situation?

Respuesta :

If I were being pressured into doing something I do not want to do, I would stand up for myself. That doesn't mean I have to be mean and acting all crazy over it, but just politely say "No." and stay firm with it. If the situation were to continue, I would leave the situation.
As someone who has been through peer pressure it is easier said then done. Depending how pushy your social group is. But all in all if those "friends" who pressure you are a negative influence and constantly being with them and being pressured by them is not worth it, it is better to distance yourself from that situation. Which is what I have done in my life :) hope this helps
