These triangles are congruent by one of two theorems. The first one would be HL, or hypotenuse leg, or side, angle,side. the congruence statement would be

Angle Y is congruent to angle B

Side YZ is equal to BC

Side YX is equal to Side BA

So, triangle XYZ is congruent to triangle ABC by either the HL, OR THE SAS theorem.
