If you're asking for the price now it's been reduced, then this is how you work it out.
41 ÷ 2 = 20.5. = 50%
41 ÷ 10 = 4.1 = 10%
4.1 ÷ 2 = 2.05 = 5%.
20.5 + 4.1 + 2.05 = 26.65 = 65%
41 - 26.65 = $14.35 (the answer)
