The Bernal leadership class is going to sell spirit t-shirts for students and needs to order a color that most students would like to wear, so they ask every fourth student entering the school about their favorite t-shirt color to make a decision about all Bernal students.
Biased, because some students may not like that color, and thus going off of the most popular opinion is only supporting the most popular color. Adding onto that, not every student even gets to vote since it is only every 4th student.
