your answer should be the first one. :) the reasoning behind this is because the “+”s represent attraction and the “-“‘s represents repulsion. if you think about rubbing the balloon on a shirt, that creates static which is attraction (the “+”’s on the balloon) the wall also has “+”’s because they are both attracted to eachother, which is why they stick to one another. i hope this helps!!!
