Exercise helps you improve your concentration and focus by increasing the brains chemicals which help you pay attention. This results in reducing distraction by putting aside tasks, such as emails and messages and other things. Exercise can help you sleep better as doing it regularly makes you feel less sleepy during the day and more at night. Regular excessive also improves the symptoms of insomnia and sleep apnoea and increases the amount of time you spend in the deep, restorative stages of sleep. Hope this helps! :)
