What are some of the advantages and disadvantages of the regulation of trade? What are some of the ways the government regulates trade? Do you think trade should be open and free between individuals? How about companies in the same city? Same state? Different states? Different countries? *

Respuesta :

Pros: The government is able to stop crimes against people with trade if it is regulated. Government can keep records of trade.

Cons: Crimes can be committed with no evidence because there is no government. People don't have privacy.

-Some ways government regulate is with laws. "Trade Regulations are laws enacted by Congress and/or by a state to ensure a free and competitive economy. The U.S. Constitution, through the Commerce Clause, gives Congress exclusive power over trade activities between the states and with foreign countries.Trade regulation rules have the force of law."

-I think there should be few laws in place. If a crime is committed  press charges. It's we the people in America, not Them the Government.

-There shouldn't be government interference. There should be state interference. Like transporting fireworks over state lines is a crime.

-No state should be regulation any other state without permission.
