What I think makes a good leader is being able to control people that you are leading. If you can't control people that you are leading there is a higher chance that they won't listen to rules or cooperate with you. Another attribute of making an important leader would be kindness. If you are not kind to the people you are leading they will want to revolt against you more. The last quality that I think is important for being a good leader is tolerance for other religions and traditions. If you do not have a tolerance for other religions then your people are more likely to be angry or to have to be secretive.

The three qualities of a leader must include that the leader is a quick decision maker; a leader should be accountable for the work done by his/her team; a leader must be an organizer.

The above three qualities are omnipresent qualities of a leader and there is a strong need for an ideal leader in whatever field to possess these three qualities.

  • Decision maker- A leader must be a quick decision maker and hence he should be having a strong connect with the team to unite and decide the best steps that can make the organization run smoothly.

  • Accountability- This is again an important characteristics of the firm which will thereby make the leader of an organisation accountable for the work done by his/her team and be responsible for the consequences following.

  • Organizer- A leader who is organized and has his plans ready for changes in the situation there shall always be a Plan B and all the resources must therefore be organized.

Hence, leadership qualities include quick decision making, organization of resources and accountability for the team work and efforts.
