its sweet and kind of tart, but mostly sweet. In my opinion it doesn't taste much like cheese cheese but it has some of that cream cheese taste. the texture is usually creamy. my favorite part is the cake. :)
Its taste varies on its flavor. It's quite creamy, to say the least. It's incredibly easy to cut through though but it can get messy. My favorite part would have to be the actual cake part.
