you should probably talk with someone you are close to and are comfortable with about how you are feeling and if you don't want to, then maybe take some time to process your thoughts by maybe journaling or just sitting and thinking. it really depends on how you are as a person and what your preferences are on how to calm down. I'm really sorry this happened and I hope things will get better. There are many resources online on grief and losing people that were close/important to you.
