I purchased an inverter from your store on 8th september 2020, which was delivered on 10th september 2020 (order no ... , bill no ... ). Transaction documents & receipt have been enclosed alongwith.
Disappointingly, the inverter started showing operational issues after 10 days of purchase ie 20th sept onwards. Thereafter, I called a local electrician to check the issue. On his examination, we came to know that it has some technical defect. The issue still persists & we are facing huge issues.
As it was mentioned at the time of purchase, that the product has one year warranty. So, I request you to kindly fix the issue by replacing or properly repairing it. I look forward to your reply & a resolution to my grievance.
