A thirty year old woman paints racist graffiti on someone’s car. The owner of the car is part of a minority group in the community and the woman is part of the majority. How would justice best be served to this woman?
The woman could pay to repair the damages done on the car , buy the person a new car, or go to jail. Defacement and vandalism ARE punishable crimes that should be paid for.
