Don't even bother caring for such actions from your BF at all. Probably she/he heard something at your back on behalf of you wrongly or might heard something you've said about him/her unintentionally!
Or probably he/she is just don't feel like wanna be BF’s anymore.
In all cases, move on & life is too short to bother for other ppl’s points of view any longer... Focus on what cheer you up & what makes you glow & makes them condemn the day they decided not being BFs first place ;)
